This page will walk you through the 5 easy steps to start the program and begin realizing tax credits with your next hire.

Step 1 – Sign and Mail a Power of Attorney

This is a required document to allow to act as your agent in filing tax credits on your behalf. It is a very specific POA as you can see. Please print it out, complete the upper left portion and the federal ID number (we need a separate POA for each Federal ID you have), sign the back and mail it to:

Step 2 – Sign and mail a General Agreement

This agreement is cancelable at any time and is simply an agreement to pay the PayVision Online preferred rate of 25% of what we deliver. There are no set-up fees, no start up fees, no contractual commitments. If we’re unsuccessful in finding credits, there is no charge. Mail it to the above address.

Step 3 – Print the two forms needed for each new hire

Fill in your company information on the back of the 8850 and then make as many copies as you need for new hires for the year. Make the same number of copies of the 9600 form.

Step 4 – Instruct your hiring manager

Instruct your hiring manager that these two new forms must be completed by each new hire ON OR BEFORE HIRE DATE. Typically, the forms are included in the new-hire package (along with the I-9 and the W-4).

The new hire must be made aware of the purpose of filling out these forms. They must be aware that answering the questions truthfully is required and the answers will not have an impact on their employment.

Once the new hire completes the front of the 8850 (signature is required) and the 9600, the employer fills in the following three blanks on the 9600:

Starting wage,
Job title
Employment start-date.

The employer then signs and dates the back of the 8850 and the ORIGINAL 8850 and 9600 are mailed to the following address:

Step 5 – That’s it! will do the rest. You may get a call if some additional information is required but in most cases, the next time you’ll hear from us is when we send you the quarterly report with your credits for that quarter.
